www.ivfconnections.com. As soon as you decide, that you would like to go to
the Czech Republic to have IVF let us know and we will send you our
contract. After we receive the signed contract back from you with the deposit
for our fee, we can start planning the trip. The timing of your arrival depends
on you. We are flexible and so is the clinic.
2. You need to go to your gynecologist and have some tests done. (PAP, blood
work, STD, hepatitis etc.) You will also need test result for FSH, LH, PRGE
(Progesterone) and Prolactine checked within a year.
3. Look into the airfare. Go to your travel agent or look at the ticket prices
and availability on-line. Let us know which day would you like to
come (depending on your cycle). We will confirm the time and date you
chose, if the day or the time doesn't interfere with other IVF Vacation
clients. You can book the flight.
4. We will set up your appointments at the clinic and book the hotel of
your choice (if it's available) and you pay the rest of our fee.
5. You will fly to Prague, Czech Republic where we will pick you up at the
airport, provide you with a cell phone (for a refundable deposit),
programmed with numbers that are important (to contact us, US
Embassy, the clinic etc.). We'll give you tips how you can call your family in
the US for cheaper. We will take you to the hotel where you can rest after
the trip.
6. We will pick you up at your hotel, take you to your appointment,
translate the information doctor and nurses give you and take you back
to the hotel. This way you avoid any stress connected with finding the
clinic and understanding the medical information (the doctor speaks English
but the nurses don't).
7. You start taking the fertility drugs.
8. During your stay to have fun we will organize trips to Prague and Vienna.
The trips are not included in the price, however your cost will be only the
price of the bus/train tickets and entrances to museums, castles etc. We will
give you a list of interesting places to see and you can explore the history
on your own. If you see something what catches your eye, or you heard
about something interesting to do, we can help you with information about
it and the best way to get there. We can help set up relaxing massages or spa
treatment.
9. You will have another doctor appointment on the 6th and 11th day of your
cycle. We will assist you the same as the first doctors visit.
10. The 14th day will be the egg retrieval and the sperm deposit at the
clinic and 3 to 5 days later the embryo transfer.
11. Take couple of days to rest for best results. Pay the hotel . We will
take you to the airport and will look forward to hear from you again.

Information about the Egg Donor program in the Czech Republic
By the Czech Republic law the donor has to stay anonymous, so you can’t
meet them or exchange information. The doctor will choose the donor for you.
You can have preferences on hair color, eye color, height, weight, etc. The
clinic has all the information about their donors. If you don’t have a lot of
preferences it is easier to find your egg donor.
All their donors are Caucasian and before they are accepted as CRM Zlin
donors they have to undertake series of tests to assure healthy donors. They
are screened for many genetic diseases, blood tests, STDs, Hepatitis etc. The
clinic accepts only young (18 -35 years old), healthy and at least high school
educated donors. A lot of their donors have healthy children on their own.
Their donors must be intelligent and attractive.
When you decide you would like to receive eggs from a Czech egg donor let us
know. We will send you our contract and after we receive it back with a
deposit for 25% of our fee we will give the clinic information and your
requests.
We need to contact the clinic and let them know following information:

What are your preferences on egg donor (if applicable)
They will put you in their database and the doctor affiliated with your case
will find you an egg donor right for you. There is virtually no wait for a
suitable donor.
As soon as they find your donor they let us know and we will call you and tell
you all the additional information the doctor gives us. We will let you know
when the donor will be ready and set up the month and date of the egg
retrieval. You can also tell us in advance when would be the best time for you
to travel and the doctor can set up the donor at that time. We will make your
appointments at the clinic. You will pay us the rest of our fee.

prepare your uterus lining for the embryo transfer. Your partner has to
make at least one sperm deposit (there has to be 3 day abstinence prior
to sperm donation). The sperm is tested for morphology, motility, count
etc. Only the best and highest quality sperm is selected in a special
process in the laboratory.
When everything is set up you can book the flight and fly to Prague,
Czech Republic. We will pick you up at the airport; take you to your
hotel and to your doctor’s appointment. They will check your uterus lining,
explain you the process of egg donation and the procedures that are in
connected with micromaniulation and your partner can make the sperm
deposit at the clinic. We will translate all your medical information and take
you back to the hotel.
At the end of your stay we’ll take you to the airport and we will wait to hear
the great news!
