IVF Cycle Cost
All the prices are effective from January 1st 2010. The   
conversion  rate  as  of   1.14.2010    is 1 Euro =$1.45 USD
and $1 = 18 Czech Crown (CZK). These prices are effective
for clients of IVfvacation only. The price in Euros or CZK
doesn't change, the price in USD depends on the current
exchange rate for exact day to day currency exchange go
to www.xe.com.
IVF Treatment cost is 1,700 Euros............................................$2,467 USD

Basic cost includes:

  • consultations, Patrner's sperm analysis, possibly their cryopreservation
  • test for both partners for Sexually Transmitted Diseases (HIV 1+2, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis)
  • treatment protocol
  • monitoring of IVF cycle
  • oocyte retrieval
  • anesthesia
  • sperm assessment - analysis
  • Fertilization of all mature oocytes via ICSI
  • assisted hatching or blastocyst cylture
  • Embryotransfer
  • cryopreservation of surpus embryos and their storage for 1 year

Basic cost doesn't include:

  • Stimulating medications until embryotransfer:
     (dosage for 1 cycle - depending on ovarian function)
  • Gonal F Pen or Puregon Pen 1 x 900 IU ..... 400 Euro = $580/box - needed 1 to 4 boxes
  • Cetrotide or Orgalutran 1 x 0,25 mg ............ 45 Euro = $65/box - 5 times
  • Ovitrelle 250 micrograms/0,5 ml .................. 20 Euro = $29/box - 1 time
  • Prednison 5mg 1x 30...................................  2 Euro= $3/box - 1 to 2 boxes needed
  • Anopyrin 20 mg 1x20 ..................................  1 Euro = $1.45/box 1 to 2 boxes needed
  • Utrogestan 100 mg - 30 pills .......................  10 Euro = $14.50/box 2 boxes needed
  • Crinone 8% Gel 15 apps..............................  45 Euros = $65/box 1 box needed

IVFvacation fee is a one time fee, if you need to go for a second try, sibling or a frozen
embryo transfer our coordination if FREE OF CHARGE.
